Happy Halloween!

Well, after endless prodding from, well just about everyone, we caved and got (borrowed, actually - thanks Irene!) a darling tiger outfit for Hana!  We even gave her a tiger nose and whiskers!   Very cute, but next year will probably be the fist time she actually gets to go out to a few houses to get some candy!

Happy Halloween to all!  :-)

Hana loves meat!

Hana likes meat - a LOT.  Every kind we have given her, including "game" meat.  This is turkey though.  Just thought I'd share!

Rocking Horse

I'm happy to report that she can finally "ride" her Rocking Horse (thanks Liz!) that she was given before she was even born!  She really seems to enjoy it a lot now!

"I can balance now!"

"Yippee!"  (And holding on with both hands!)

Fall Saturday

Well, I never did get the pictures posted from last week and now I have way more (of course), so here are a few!

Hana seems to be fighting a cold.  She has her first ever running nose and is a little cranky!  I feel bad for her!  :-(   On the "plus" side, she is now able to get on and off (without tipping it over!) her Radio Flyer "bike".  She really loves that.  She also LOVES her music, alphabet and number playing machine and is really getting good at hitting all the right buttons and things!
Stopping mid-race to pose!
Leaves of the maple tree Knute and I planted last summer.
(Hard to believe summer is over!)
Hana loves her "walker" bike

Hana still loves her piano!

In addition to the Tupperware drawer (taking everything out of it, I should say),
Hana LOVES playing in the drawer under the ovens.
Her new thing is to stand in this drawer, which we are trying to stop (yeah, right)
because we are afraid she might fall!

Brandon using the "saws-all" to cut the 3rd pumpkin!

All done!

We miss "da-da"!! :-(

Knute is in SD, getting all the birds possible in the Cresbard area and we are missing him quite a bit!  :-(

So, what to do, but take pics.... which I will post shortly, as Hana has just decided that it's time to eat - pronto!  :-)

In other (good) news!

So, we spent some time Saturday and Sunday at the pool and Hana really enjoyed it - a LOT!  We were very excited and happy about this, because until now, she's hated pools.  Sadly, she still hates her baths though!  However, if I only wash her hair or only wash her legs or arms, she is starting to be ok with it.  She actually likes to play in the sink now too!  Anyhow, here is some random cuteness!

Cari & Brandon Got Married!

Yesterday Cari Crevda became Cari McQuiston!  Perfect 10-10-10!!!  It was a beautiful ceremony at "The Farm at South Mountain" and fun (but brief!) trip!   Brandon and Cari are a lovely couple and we wish them a lifetime of happiness and love!  We pretty much all stayed at the Arizona Grand Hotel and it was fun to be around the entire family!!  Here are just a few of the 500+ pictures I took over the weekend.

Sisters!

Beautiful ceremony!

The whole family.

Race for the Cure!

Today was the (18th annual, I believe) Race for the Cure.  We had a good turnout (40 + team members), most of which are pictured below.  It was a little chilly this morning, but really a perfect day and warm by the end.  We had a big brunch at the Roo afterwards and Chef Tony debuted his new breakfast pizza's today!  Sounds weird, but they were really yummy, actually!  Thanks team!

Hana's new shoes!

We got Hana some new shoes today. She doesn't seem to hate them like the others, but they are kind of big (at $27.99, she better get some use out of them!!!) on her.  Let's hope they do not slow down her walking progress!

Stretching for the Race tomorrow...

Hana's new Toy!

I found this great Winnie The Pooh "car" and walker today and she just loves it!  She already likes walking with it and I bet it will help her walk solo in no time at all!  She seem so close anyway!  :-)
