On The Mend and "The Penny Incident"

We're finally all starting to feel better after being sick for the last week +!  Except last night when Knute and I were getting ready to go to dinner with the Balk's (5280 night at Del Frisco's - YUM!!!!!) Hana swallowed a PENNY!!  Talk about the scariest thing EVER!  Thankfully, she fine and already pooped it out!!  I hope that never happens again!!  Horrible!  :-(

Hana's First Ear Infection. :-(

Poor Hana was diagnosed with a double ear infection yesterday.  Sadly, she also has the flu!!  Even though she's been quite ill and is take two 3+ hour naps each day (and still sleeping over night!) she mostly all smiles!  (Until she's tired after being up for 2 hours or so... then she's VERY cranky, but goes right  to bed!)  We hope she eats more tomorrow and we are worried that she's not getting enough fluids, but we'll keep trying!  She hates the Pedilight and Gatorade too.  Not sure how to get more fluids into her! 

And thank goodness for our friend "Violet"!  She really makes Hana SMILE!  :-)

Super Bowl Sunday.

Congrats to the Packers!  And sorry to our Steelers fan family and friends!  It was actually a really good game (the parts that I saw) and Hana REALLY enjoyed the half time show!!!!  Danced through the whole thing!!!  She can even have fun when she's sick!  (Runny nose, slight cough.)
