Palm Sunday

Today was Hana's first time at church.  (Bethany Lutheran - so pretty!)  I like it there.  She seemed to like the music... but not all the stations (long reading) they did today for Palm Sunday.  She was pretty fussy for the 2nd half and spent much of the time in the lobby area with daddy!  It's a beautiful day today though.  We'll go for a walk later and Lucy is getting a much needed bath!  Stinky dog!!!  :-)

Wednesday walk!

After a stressful day at work, we took a fun family walk tonight!  Hana smiled pretty much the entire way!  All is swell on the homefront!  :-)  Dinner was good too!

Bumbo Time!

So, just for fun, we put Hana in her Bumbo (since she can hold her head up fairly well now) and she seemed to like it!  This will make things easier for Knute during the week for sure!  :-)

Sunny Sunday!

After getting about 7 inches of snow on Friday, it is nothing but sun and nice weather now.   In fact, it's supposed to be in the 70's tomorrow!

I've been noticing that poor Hana's face is often stuck in the sun while riding around in the car and when I found these sunglasses at Target today, I had to get them.  They have a velco strap that goes around her head instead of plastic sides.  She seemed to like them when I put them on her!  :-)  Or like Knute said, "Maybe she just likes being cool?" 

Haha!  She's napping as I type this, but maybe we'll take a walk after she wakes up to "test out" her new shades.  In the meantime, I'll make a cake for JZ's birthday party later this afternoon/evening!

The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades!  :-)

I took the day off today and Knute's off to golf with some buddy's and tonight we went to Blue Bonnet for dinner.  It was Hana's first time.

After a GREAT night's sleep (well, for Hana anyway!) we had fun hangin' out today and then at dinner tonight with the Keeley's and Browns!

Saturday Cuteness!

She's just cute, so here are some pictures!  :-) 

Knute and I started our spring yard "cleaning".  We worked for a good 8 hours and things are shaping up! It's supposed to be crappy out tomorrow, so we had to do it today!  I suppose I should have taken pictures of that too!!  Hana cuter though!  :-)  We actually have lots to do in the front still, since the plumbers dug up a huge chunk of the yard and landscaping last fall....

2 month doc appt

Last night (our Ped has evening hours!) Hana had her 2 month appt. She weighs 10 lbs, 13 oz and is 22 and 3/4 inches long!  Sadly, it was also time for her to begin getting her vaccines, so she had to get some shots!  I think she handled it better than I did!  "Welcome to motherhood" my friends say to me....  :-(

Anyway, she slept well last night and even "tested out" her crib for the first time ever today.  (She's been up in our room and actually will be for a while still at night.)  I'm thinking it might be time to start letting her have naps in there to get used to the room though!  We'll see how that goes!  :-)

Our baby girl is 2 months old today!

Hana is 2 months old today!  Daddy said she had 6+ ounces at once for the first time today!  Her appetite keeps growing like she does!  She seems to be finding her voice lately too!  New sounds every day!
