April Snapshots

April has flown by!  I have been incredibly busy at work and have also spent a lot of time advocating for my mom and her desire to live a "better" life, as she put it during her visit last month.  We did manage to have a bit of fun on the weekends though.  Here is a snapshot of the month.

Hana is still taking swim lessons twice weekly.

She can float and roll over and is learning to doggie paddle!

We spent quite a bit of time playing at the park and at home.

This day, she wanted to swing in the "baby" swing, but she good on a regular swing as well.

At home, we are working on teaching her to "pump" so she can go as high as she wants.

We bought a bunch of new paints (many types) and Hana has been painting quite a bit.

She's also very good at writing/painting the letter "H".

"H" is for Hana, in case you didn't know.  Hana will tell you this.  Repeatedly!

Hana also has a new hobby of necklace making!

With all her swimming desires, we decide to get the pool fixed.

Knute is actually cleaning it in this picture, but is bent down behind Hana.

He scrubbed for a couple of hours and only fell into the green water once!
