That has been one of Hana's favorite phrases for the last couple of weeks (along with "Go Vikings!") possibly because we've been saying (screaming?!?) them so often!?! It's been a fun ride with the Broncos and our young and controversial new starting QB. We barely made it into the playoffs and shockingly won last week against the Steelers! Knute and I were lucky enough to be at the game and boy, was it exciting! I had a scratchy voice for two days afterwards! Yesterday's game against the Patriots was less exciting, as we got trampled (also expected) but it was really a fun season! (cell phone images... not the best quality!) :-)
Had to post! :-)
Nervous!
WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And a fun picture (or 4) from the next day:
Hana has a runny nose, we assume she caught something at school. We knew this would happen, but didn't expect it the first week! Hopefully it will go away soon either way!!
UPDATE: Saturday, January 14th....We lost to the Patriots the next week in round 2. It was fun while it lasted... but I didn't take pictures, since they scored in the first drive......
Ohhhhh Momma, you can forget the "policy" she's in school now. If you can't go to school with a runny nose or cough, you'll be staying home for WEEKS out of every year:) They always send home notes that say keep kids home with "cold" symptoms. Funny thing is, cold symptoms last a week to 10 days usually.... Good grief, if we all stayed home that long:)
ReplyDeleteThey said it was fine to send her ("kids get sick") but would call us if she had a fever or was lethargic. She's fine now.... never progressed from the runny nose (which is still running every now and then.) Oh well! School! :-)
