President's Day Weekend!

We had a great, but very busy weekend.  Maybe the most exciting thing for us was that we bought a new mattress yesterday!  It will come on Friday and we are hoping that we will finally wake up without back pain once we get the new one!!  Finger's crossed!

Saturday we were very happy to see Knute's friend Stefan who was visiting from Arizona for the weekend.

Then today, we went to the zoo. 

Tonight we had a wonderful dinner of steak (thanks to an Omaha Steaks gift from Linda and Logan's) and shrimp scampi!~  I love these feasts that Knute and I prepared together.  Such fun!  :-)
